VSN Verified Settlement Network
Open VSN Join VSN
Industries

One network layer, applied where work has consequences.

VSN keeps parties, evidence, workflow and settlement state connected. It does not replace the professional judgment, authority or licensing requirements that belong to people and firms in each industry.

Insurance

Every party to a claim, on one governed record.

An insurance matter scatters across inboxes, portals and phone calls. VSN is being built as the layer that keeps the parties, the evidence, the work and the settlement state connected — so what happened is still clear when someone asks.

VSN doesn’t decide coverage, adjust claims, determine liability or pay claims. Those stay with the people and firms responsible for them.

01 Participants and contextIn developmentPolicyholders, carriers, adjusters and TPAs, contractors and professionals — each a real member, with their role in the matter clear.
02 Evidence and recordsIn developmentPhotos, documents, estimates, invoices and notes, deliberately attached to a governed record rather than lost in a thread.
03 Vendor and repair workflowIn developmentWho did what, what was agreed, what was delivered and what is still outstanding.
04 Provider event visibilityIn developmentWhere authorized, status events from payment and financial providers, reconciled against the matter. VSN doesn’t hold or move the funds.
05 Settlement lifecycleIn developmentAgreement, acceptance, changes, provider events and completion — ending in a durable record of what occurred.
06 Connected systemsIn developmentCarriers, TPAs, vendors and platforms connecting through the VSN API for records, status events and evidence references.

No insurer integrations are live. Coverage decisions, regulatory compliance and audit sufficiency remain with insurers and their advisers — VSN makes no claim to them.

Real estate

From offer to closeout, one record both sides keep.

Buyers, sellers, owners, agents, contractors and property managers — with the agreements, evidence and payment events around a property kept together through to a closeout record.

Title, escrow and legal work stay with the licensed professionals who do it. VSN keeps the record around them — it is not a title company, escrow agent or law firm.

01 PartiesIn developmentEveryone involved in a property matter, each a real member with a clear role.
02 AgreementsIn developmentWhat was agreed, accepted by both parties — and every change after.
03 EvidenceIn developmentInspections, photos, documents and invoices attached to the record.

Contractors & field services

From the first scan on site to the year-end record.

Contractors, trades and field-service companies — and the clients, vendors and crews around them. Show up with a real profile and company presence — and, as it opens, find work, keep scope, photos, estimates and invoices with the job, and hand a client a profile QR to scan.

Licensing, insurance and verification are shown only once they have been established. Membership never buys a trust state, and ratings appear only when verified history stands behind them.

01 Profile & company affiliationAvailable nowYour professional profile, and the company you work for or run — each a member in its own right.
02 Jobs & hiring contextIn developmentFind and post opportunities, attributable to a real member or company, with who’s asking in view.
03 Profile QR on siteIn developmentDesigned so a client can scan your profile QR and see what you’ve chosen to disclose; client-ready presence intended for VSN Plus. Scanning never verifies anyone.
04 Customers, vendors & crewsIn developmentThe relationships around the work — who you buy from, who you work for, who works with you.
05 Scope & requestsIn developmentWhat the client asked for and what was scoped, kept with the job rather than a text thread.
06 Photos, estimates, invoices & evidenceIn developmentAttached deliberately to the job’s record, with who added each item and when.
07 Verified workIn developmentWork counts as verified only when it’s backed by a governed VSN Record both parties accepted.
08 Payment & settlement contextRolling outPayments attach to the work; settlement closes an obligation. Provider events are shown where supported — VSN doesn’t hold the funds.
09 Reputation from historyIn developmentEarned from verified work over time. Never purchased, and no ratings are shown without it.
10 Team cards · coming laterIn developmentOptional partner-issued cards for crews, with spend tied to the job, vendor and receipt. VSN doesn’t issue cards or hold funds; no partner is selected.
11 Year-end & CPA linkageIn developmentJobs, invoices and payments flow into the structured year-end package for your accountant.

Year-end business record

Keep the record as business happens — not at tax time.

Every payment made through VSN already carries its purpose, its counterparty and the record behind it. Across a year, that becomes a coherent account of your business’s money — ready to hand to your accountant with the evidence attached.

What it covers — and what it doesn’t

VSN knows about activity that happens through VSN, activity you choose to record or attach, and — once integrations exist — activity from systems you connect. It doesn’t see the rest of your business, and it won’t pretend to.

The record supports your accountant’s work. It is not tax advice, bookkeeping, an audit opinion or a guarantee that a return is complete. Accounting-system connections are part of the VSN API, in development.
